Our body has a special internal clock called the circadian rhythm. This clock tells us when it is time to sleep and when it is time to wake up.
But when you travel far, far away—like to another country with a very different time zone—your internal clock gets confused. You might feel awake at night and super sleepy during the day. That is called Jet Lag.
But don’t worry! After a few days, your clock adjusts, and you will feel back to normal.
